This is a high-performance, multi-functional HD audio extractor, this extractor can extract the audio signal among the HDMI-compatible signal to the power amplifier system to obtain high-quality audio effects which is hard for TV speakers to achieve.

This HDMI-compatibleaudio extractor not only to meet the ideal image of the HDTV but also to meet the need for an extract audio from HDMI-compatiblesource.
It can extract the digital audio signal embedded in HDMI-compatiblesource and convert it through 3.5mm L/R analog output and SPDIF output at the same time.

The RCA L/R and SPDIF output both can support 2CH audio or 5.1CH audio including Dolby Digitla 5.1CH and DTS 5.1CH(NOT support Dolby Digital Plus)

Three switching audio EDID settings:

• Pass: HDMI-compatiblepass mode. The audio and video can be convertered from the HDMI-compatibleoutput. SPDIF and L/R will not output any sound
• 2CH Mode: Extract the digital 2CH PCM stereo audio signal from the HDMI-compatibleinput and convert it to 2CH analog stereo output through its RCA style L/R analog output and SPDIF output at the same time
• 5.1CH Mode: Extract Dolby Digital / DTS and output via SPDIF or RCA L/R. It does NOT support 5.1 Dolby Digital Plus

Notes
Does not support Dolby Digital Plus audio. It supports DTS audio and Dolby Digital audio.
